Cancellation Process

• To cancel our services, you may mail us to teluguwebguru@gmail.com with all the reasons so that we will proceed further as per our refund rules mentioned below.

Refund Conditions

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 1 day of your purchase, provided that the course has not yet finished and certificate not yet taken from us.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 1 day of the course purchase or for courses certificate generated and taken from us.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 15 business days of the cancellation approval. If there are any delays or issues with processing your refund, our support team will contact you directly.
